By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service

The Service is offered as a subscription (SaaS), billed monthly or annually, and includes a free trial period.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information;
- Keep your access credentials confidential;
- Use the Service in compliance with the laws and professional regulations that apply to you and your practice, including data protection and patient communication rules in your jurisdiction;
- Obtain any consent required from your patients for automated messages, where applicable;
- Not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
5. Subscription, payment, and cancellation
Current plans are described on our website and through our official channels. There is no lock-in: you may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty. If payment remains overdue, we may suspend the Service until it is settled.
6. Intellectual property
The Julia software, brand, design, and technology belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. You keep ownership of the data you enter into the Service and grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, including WhatsApp/Meta.
8. Limitation of liability
Julia provides the technology that answers messages; the content of the conversations and the relationship with the patient remain your responsibility. Julia does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, or treatment guidance conveyed through the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or through the Service. Continued use after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance.
